KRIZ sensors designated with EXT in the stock code syntax require an external amplifier to function, to which there are two versions available,
... IN LINE CABLE AMPLIFIER ...
cable in-line amplifier

The Kriz in-line amplifier is incorporated into an M12 Stainless Steel housing providing a high degree of mechanical protection and an environmental protection of IP67. The unit comes fully wired into the sensor system and can be placed at any distance from the sensor head and is not sensitive to cable length. The amplifier can be supplied with any configuration of NPN or PNP output with a maximum output current of 250mA, and is fitted with a target LED as standard. As with all our amplifiers the unit is fully protected against power supply reversal, output overload and short circuit proof, the operational ambient temperature range is -25../..+70C.

The Kriz Din rail amplifier is housed in an tough ABS plastic housing, measuring 22x98x75mm complete with recessed terminal connection points. The amplifier can be supplied with any PNP, NPN, RELAY or OPTO COUPLER configuration, the standard unit has a maximum output current of 250mA, and has a target LED as standard located centrally on the front fascia. This versatile amplifier comes fully calibrated with no user adjustments required, another feature is the ability to interchange between sensor heads (EXT types only) of any size. The operational ambient temperature range is -25../..+75C IP65.
